Our apprentices visited Weber GmbH & Co. KG

Last Friday, our apprentices had the opportunity to visit Weber GmbH & Co. KG, another company in the plastics manufacturing sector in our region, and gain valuable insights into production and toolmaking.

During the subsequent joint lunch, they discussed their impressions and summarized the day’s highlights:
🚀 An impressive 4000-ton injection molding machine
🎨 A pad printing machine that molded motor covers and then printed them automatically
🔊 Ultrasonic welding: Exciting insights into modern manufacturing technologies
⚙️ Core pulls and cascades in action – with detailed explanations included
🔄 Central material supply through conveyor lines directly to the machine

💬 The conclusion: Looking beyond the horizon pays off – it opens up new perspectives, inspires, and strengthens the understanding of complexity and innovation in our industry.
