Conference: Transparent Plastics in Injection Molding

In plastics technology, the choice of material is decisive for the efficiency of a product. In this context, transparent materials in particular present specific challenges.

On 27 and 28 September 2021, the Kunststoff-Zentrum Leipzig (KUZ) will be devoting its conference "IM FOKUS" to transparent plastics in the injection molding process. Participants from the plastics processing and application industry and research will discuss the characteristics, possible applications, potentials and also limits of these materials. As an expert in the processing of transparent plastics, VIAOPTIC will be highlighting the special features of these materials in the optical design process and the opportunities they offer in its specialist presentation "Optical design with polymer optics".
